Information you provide. When you complete our AI Readiness Assessment or contact us through the website, you provide information such as your name, email address, business name, and responses to assessment questions. We collect only what you submit voluntarily.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, referring source, device type, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to gather this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies. We use essential cookies for site functionality and Google Analytics cookies for usage data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third parties.

Assessment form data is processed through our automation platform (n8n) for report generation. Scheduling is handled through Cal.com. Analytics are processed by Google Analytics. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

We retain assessment data and contact information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@wordwiseme.com.

Our services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
